Merry Christmas My Friends and Watchers

Warning, long entry with lots of love!
Well it's official, another year older means I'm another year wiser....*hears laughter in the BG* Hey! I'm serious! So I turned 19 yesterday and I'm feeling a bit older, if not so much wiser. Before I go any further I have to give out some love. :devmoonlightfligth:, *behindinfinity, and ~ceruleanmorning made me a birthday gift (
) that I'm absolutely in love with. Look! 
Thank you guys soooooooooo much! I know I keep saying it but I really do love it! I feel all the heart tingles. Even though Jin tried to steal it there for a moment.
But man, guys, what a crazy week! First I went to visit my friend in Baton Rouge (an hour or so away), it was wonderful. We ate at this awesome Chinese resturaunt, went to Whole Foods (love that store!), and saw a movie (No Country for Old Men, CRAZY!). That is until my car engine started heating up. The engine light was turning on and I still had to make the trip home! Luckily, I popped the hood to try to see if I could with my amazing car knowledge (which amounts to nothing!) figure it out. Well, to no avail. I have to say, I am deathly afraid of my car breaking down. It scares the bajeezers out of me! Anyway, a few guys came by and found the problem and helped me fix it. It was a miracle! I still had to cut the day short, but at least I made it home safely.
Then, it's my birthday and I have lunch with a few friends who are in for Christmas. That was very nice. That night wasn't though. I brought my brother to a basketball game and we got lost getting there! I drove around for about 30 minutes trying to find my way and couldn't. The directions I had were wrong, of course. I thought he was going to be benched because he was late. He wasn't, but I was still upset.
And then my internet has been down the past day and a half. I think I fixed it though. I just, uh, wiggled some stuff around and voila! Maybe I'm a computer genius and I just don't know it!...or maybe not.
So this weekend will be extremely busy for me. I haven't celebrated with my family yet, so we're going out for dinner Saturday and a movie (National Treasure 2!), however I do want to see Sweeney Todd too (not a family movie though). Then we have an employee party tomorrow night, some more Christmas shopping, Christmas baking, then Christmas! And then I leave for Panama. AH! No rest for three weeks! I'm sure I'll manage though. Oh, while on this topic. To all those I watch/friends. I've decided there is no possible way I will be able to comment once I get back thus I will reply to comments, but I will erase all but one deviation from each person otherwise I will be buried for weeks. I'm sorry! 
Well, now this brings us to the beginning of the best part of this journal for me. I've been on DA for nearly four years and boy, has it been a journey. In particular, this past year. I started to really get into it because I began to find I had a very large love for art, and all types at that. I began faving, commenting, and watching more and more and along the way, I began to make friends. And I don't just mean friends, but wonderful ones. Hey, it may be only online, but I feel like I've known you guys not just for longer, but for real. You guys are what keep me coming back. You encourage me in so many ways. We talk, and chat, laugh and listen. I really feel very close, no matter how far away you are. So with that, I can honestly say I love you guys and from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for being my friends.
