I think I've almost been more busy out of school than in it. There's just so much to do and so much to catch up on! Gah, I think I've sufficiently caught up on soreness, that's for sure. The past couple of Wednesdays I've gone with Tanya, a family friend, riding. I mean, I haven't been riding in years. I did roughly about 8-10 years of english and then a few of western style, but then we sold our big horses and got into minis. You can't have both minis and big horses because they might harm one another. Anyway, so I haven't been in ages and I finally got to go and wow, just wow. I can't believe how much I missed it. I can honestly say one of the best feelings in the world is riding full force across fields with the wind whipping around you and not caring to slow down, only to go faster. It's so amazing and something I've missed dearly.

Let's see, oh yes! Next order of business is I'm going to be posting some new things, but it's a bit different from the usual. My old school is doing A Christmas Carol for a production and I have been taking some pictures for them in exchange for free tickets. The set, the costumes and the acting are all really great so you guys should enjoy some interesting shots. Plus, I have a few photos from prior shoots that I haven't had a chance to post yet so I'll be posting those as well. And as always guys, ignore the numerous updates! Just comment and such on the ones you like!

Next week there will be no feature, uh, technically speaking. I will however have something sort of special planned for all my friends on here. Let's just call it a Christmas journal, so to speak. I'll probably post it on Tuesday or Wednesday. _{Uh, Wednesday I turn another year older. I'm getting OLD!!} Haha, anyway, look forward to the next journal!

I think I deserve a knock over the head. I was browsing through some of my old favourites when I came across a piece of work I had completely forgot about. Naturally, I clicked on it and discovered the gallery of this deviants which I had not watched! I love it when someone takes an already popular style and makes it their own. This particular feature has taken the anime/manga style of today and certainly added her own flair to it. She's not afraid to use color or really anything else for that matter. In each of the pieces you can find not just color, but a variety of shapes and perspectives, even hints of more surreal elements.
